Planning and communication is two of the most important aspects of any 5 star wedding.

• We will welcome you to our demo room with a glass of champagne. During a FREE demo we explain all our packages in detail and available optional extras to make your wedding perfect according to your budget.
• Long before your wedding we will work with you to complete a detailed wedding planner document to ensure there are no surprises on the day. This includes music requirements, colour scheme, special effects, etc.
• We request a site visit to discuss all the small details such as floor plan, draping, DJ setup, lighting, etc.
• There will be no need to phone us on the day of your wedding. We will send you messages throughout the morning to keep you informed of our arrival and setup progress.
• Our after service is legendary! From highlight videos posted on you tube (7 days from wedding) to sneak previews of photos (the next day) will all be sent to you via our WhatsApp group.
